This film follows a journey in an area focused on saving its natural resources, meeting individuals risking lives to protect what they believe is theirs. It tells the story of Jardhar in the Garhwal Himalayas, where villagers revive forests, resist mining, fend off power lines threatening trees, and reintroduce traditional seeds. Through the voices of villagers and leaders reminiscent of the Chipko movement, we see a revolution happening in the area.
