This film explores government ownership of natural resources. Tarun Bharat Sangh, led by Rajender Singh, arrived in Gopalpura in Alwar District 15 years ago to work on water. They transformed 1000 villages by reintroducing water. Rainwater collection increased, recharging aquifers. The water table rose, wells filled, and brownfields turned green. Rivers were rejuvenated, improving community well-being.
